How does your service work?

We visit your property on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) to remove all pet waste from your backyard. Our techs disinfect all tools and footwear before and after every visit, thoroughly clean your yard of dog poop, secure your gate, and send a confirmation photo when the job is done.

Do I need to be home during service?

No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we’ll take care of everything and send a confirmation photo when we’re finished.

What do you do with the waste after service?

We properly seal the pet waste bag and dispose of it in your curbside waste bin. We also offer haul-away disposal options upon request.

What if my dog(s) are in the yard?

We love dogs! However, we ask your furry friend(s) to be kept inside or in a separate area during our visit to ensure thorough cleaning.

What if there is bad weather?

We work in most weather conditions, but if there’s severe weather (heavy snow, thunderstorms, extreme cold, etc.), we may reschedule your service for the next available day.

How do I pay?

We use the Sweep&Go app for secure and convenient payments. Once you sign up for service, you’ll receive a link to set up your account. From there, you can manage payments, schedule service, and track your cleanings all in one place.

What if I need to cancel or pause my service?

You can cancel or pause service at any time, just contact us!
